Editor of The Alvarado Star. I began with the company as the photographer for The Burleson Star and advanced myself to feature writer, business page editor and then editor of the Alvarado newspaper. I use graphics and desktop publishing software, including Quark Express, In Design, Page Maker, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- The Weatherford Democrat - March 05 to Feb 06
Writer and business page editor. My duties included page design, photography, news and feature writing. I was later later the first editor of a spin-off publication by the newspaper, the Aledo Extra.

- Plaza Exhibits Building - Historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Jan 04 to June 04 (temporary, by contract). Public Relations Director. My duties included advertising design, event planning, web page design and managing entertainment at the shopping complex to boost business and improve client relations.

- The Community News, Aledo, Texas - 1995 to Oct 2004
Photojournalist. My duties included news and feature writing and ad design. As the primary reporter for the paper I maintained excellent relationships with businesses, law enforcement and government officials. As an advertising artist I designed weekly ads for Moritz Chevrolet and Buz Post Isuzu.
