Contact. I like to talk to the customer to get a feel of their needs and answer questions about the project.
Acquire the work. I prefer to work from the original photograph, or a customer's high-resolution scan of the picture (400 dpi or higher). Prints can be mailed or delivered, and will be returned to the customer.
Satisfaction guaranteed. If a photograph is damaged to the extent it cannot be repaired or improved to the customer's satisfaction, the customer will not be charged for that work.
Work back to customer. After payment you will receive: a restored 5X7, a digital file of your picture and the original.
